According to the Jordanian Minister of State for Media Affairs, Amjad Al-Adaileh, the Corona Crisis Cell decided to set standards specific to each region, while avoiding the blanket ban due to its economic, social and psychological effects on citizens.

For his part, the Director of Corona Crisis Cell Operations in Jordan, Brigadier General Mazen Al-Faraya, announced the isolation of the Ramtha Brigade from the rest of the governorates of Irbid and the governorates of the Kingdom, starting at six in the morning next Monday, until the epidemiological situation in the brigade allows the status of isolation to be lifted.

To date, Jordan has recorded 1,339 confirmed cases of Coronavirus, and 11 deaths, according to official figures.

In Morocco, the Ministry of Health announced on Saturday that it had recorded 21 deaths and 1776 cases of corona, which brings the total number of cases to 41,177 cases during the last 24 hours.

The rate of Corona infections recorded in the Kingdom is the highest daily since the first infection with the virus was recorded on March 2, and the highest number of previous daily infections with the virus was recorded last Wednesday, which reached 1499.

In total, nearly 37,700 cases of Covid-19 have been officially recorded in Algeria since the first case was discovered on February 25, according to the latest toll published by the Ministry of Health.

For its part, the French authorities imposed the wearing of the muzzle, which was already mandatory in some streets of Paris in new neighborhoods on Saturday, including the neighborhood in which the Louvre Museum is located and in a part of the Champs-Elysées Avenue, as well as banning gatherings of more than 10 people and not respecting the rules of physical spacing.

It is noteworthy that Paris has been placed on the list of regions where the virus is transmitted quickly.

The police stated that about 260 people are detected with the virus every day, while the infection rate in Paris is 4.14%, compared to a national rate of 2.4%.

In Denmark, the government announced that wearing a muzzle will be compulsory on public transport from August 22, as the country witnesses a slight return to the epidemic.
