At 6 pm on Thursday evening, the police were alerted that a man had been shot in a park where children were playing nearby. "David" had left his family to do a business when his son suddenly called.
- My son called and shouted dad, dad came here, he says.
"David" says that the family saw the incident and that the man was shot several times.
