The Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwa: International relations and treaties are among the exclusive and sovereign powers of the guardian in law and order
The Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwa praised the positive endeavor and the successful and sound step taken by our leadership in the United Arab Emirates that led to the cessation of the extension of Israeli sovereignty over areas of the Palestinian territories.
In a statement today, the Council appreciated the wisdom of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and his quest for a just and lasting peace in the Middle East region.
He considered this initiative as a way to peace in the region, affirming the council’s support for everything that the state does in the interest of the country and the people, given that interest is the legitimate criterion for the actions of the guardian, who is the only assessor for the interest and investigator of the conditions in relation to war, peace and relations between nations .. Therefore, The council blesses what the wise leadership is doing for the good of the country and the nation.
On the occasion of this statement, His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayyah, Chairman of the Council, said, “This initiative is one of the exclusive and sovereign powers of the guardian, both in law and order, and that there are many models and legal principles in the Shariah that regulate such issues in peace and peace, according to the circumstances and public interest.”
He praised the initiative of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, which is added to the state’s long record in support of Arab and Islamic issues, especially the Palestinian cause, and its continuous efforts in support of reconciliation and peace in various parts of the world. We pray to God Almighty to provide and grant success to all good and to protect our country, Muslim countries and the world from the evil of wars and epidemics and everything that harms humanity and leads to disputes and futile rivalries.
