Seoul Metropolitan Government banned the planned large-scale rally today (15th) because of the prevention of Corona 19, and the court put a brake on it. It means that it is okay to hold a rally within the minimum range, but it seems that large-scale rally will be held in various places in downtown Seoul today, during the Liberation Day.

Seoul Administrative Court has accepted an application for a temporary injunction to suspend the execution of the order banning the assembly from the '4.15 Unfair Election National Struggle Headquarters' claiming that the Seoul Metropolitan Government's administrative order prohibiting assembly in downtown Seoul on Liberation Day is unjust.

Earlier, the National Investment Board claimed that the general election held in April this year was a fraudulent election, and announced that it would hold a rally this afternoon near the Euljiro entrance area in Seoul asking for the investigation of the truth.

Another conservative group, the'Ilpamanpa', has also cited a request for a temporary injunction to suspend the execution of an order to prohibit assembly.

As a result, the Seoul Metropolitan Government is unable to execute an executive order banning the two groups' urban rallies today.

The Justice Department explained the reason for the decision, saying, "It is difficult to see that the fundamentally prohibiting the holding of the assembly itself would limit the freedom of assembly to the minimum extent necessary to address concerns about infection."

It also revealed that there were no confirmed cases of Corona 19 at a rally held in downtown Seoul recently, and it should be considered in the future rally permission.

However, the court rejected or rejected the other eight applications for provisional injunction requesting the Seoul Metropolitan Government to suspend the execution of the order to prohibit assembly.

However, some conservative groups have expressed their intention to enforce the Liberation Day rally as scheduled.

The KCTU is also known to hold a rally in downtown Seoul.
