"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issues a new recommendation to the citizens of Ukraine: refrain from traveling to the Republic of Belarus until the situation in this country stabilizes and further announcements," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
Earlier, Kuleba said that the Ukrainian side condemns the violence and calls for dialogue in Belarus.
On August 11, a deputy from the European Solidarity faction, Aleksey Goncharenko, registered with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a draft resolution declaring the elections in Belarus invalid.
