The course at Mariehemsängarna is the usual loop but some changes. On the I20 course, new holes have been created or modified before the Swedish Championships to a more challenging track layout.
144 participants will play a total of five rounds. Several different classes such as women, men, +40, +50 and junior classes will compete during the days. And getting everything together has not been easy.
- Some 100 hours have been put in by volunteers in the club to solve the logistics, clear sly and cut grass before the competition, says David Viklund at Umeå disc golf club.
