“In the coming months, it is already obvious, we will have to comply with the requirements set by Rospotrebnadzor, sanitary doctors, for personal protective equipment,” he said.

As noted by Sobyanin, they will need to be used in the metro, in public transport, public catering, trade enterprises and so on.

“This is a guarantee that all our enterprises, offices, educational, cultural institutions will work, and there is such a hope,” he added.

In addition, he said that there are no plans to introduce restrictive measures from September 15 in Moscow. 

Earlier, the Moscow Department of Trade and Services said that the share of masked and gloved shoppers in the city's stores increased from 68% in mid-July to 75% in early August.
