A woman was on trial on Wednesday for stabbing her boyfriend, reports Le Progrès . The facts took place on Sunday in Oullins near Lyon. After swallowing half a bottle of vodka in the afternoon, the accused decided to call her companion, asking him to join her at her home.

Determined to have a sexual relationship with the latter, the woman did not hesitate to lock the front door and steal his phone and his glasses. The sexual intercourse consumed, the situation degenerated when the woman asked for a second on the spot. Faced with the refusal of her companion, she then grabbed a kitchen knife before planting it in his chest.

Victim copes with five days of ITT

Luckily, the victim was only slightly injured, leaving with five days of total incapacity for work. At the stand, the woman disputed the facts, claiming that she had been severely beaten. The court finally sentenced him to one year in prison with compulsory care.
