The friendly match scheduled for Friday between Olympique de Marseille and Vfb Stuttgart was canceled on Thursday, OM announced, which suspects a positive Covid-19 case in its workforce.
"The last tests carried out revealed a suspicion of a positive case for COVID-19 within the workforce," describes the OM in a statement published Thursday evening on its official website.
This is the second friendly game canceled for the Marseille club in this pre-season, the match against Montpellier having been canceled on August 5 due to a probable case of Covid-19 in the ranks of the MHSC.
