Many are angry with a cat left behind by its owner in bad weather in Malaysia.

On the 12th local time, the Malaysian Animal Association released a video and story of a cat enduring a storm on Facebook.

The cat in the video was hanging from one of our walls and trembling. It hangs uncomfortably and then falls off, but it jumps right up to see if the water on our floor is uncomfortable and hangs back on the cage. You can guess that you are under a lot of stress even with your ears folded back.

The group said, "The life of a street cat is of course difficult, but a street cat may be better than a companion cat that has to live with such an irresponsible guardian. At least it can be avoided when it rains," and said, "If the guardian neglects this cat, there is no option. Whether it's rain or heat, you have to endure it.”

"According to the informant, this is not the first time that a cat has been trapped in a cage and left outside the house," he said. "If the guardian does not change after receiving a notification of behavior improvement, appropriate measures should be taken to guardians who do not understand pets according to the Animal Welfare Act." Said.

Netizens criticized their guardians, saying, "Most cats don't like water. Butlers know how to do that," and "If you're going to have a cat like this, you'd rather hang a picture of a cat on a frame."

The Department of Veterinary and Quarantine (DVS) in Malacca, where the cat is now found, is reported to be investigating the case.
