According to RIA Novosti, presidential candidate Anna Kanopatskaya filed a complaint with the CEC on the invalidation of the presidential elections in the country as a whole.

Sergei Cherecheni also said that the day before he filed a complaint with the Central Election Commission of the republic on the recognition of the elections held on August 9 as invalid.

In addition, Andrei Dmitriev said that he had filed a complaint with the CEC, in which he did not recognize the election results and required a recount of votes.

On August 11, the CEC of Belarus announced that they had registered a complaint by presidential candidate Svetlana Tikhanovskaya on the results of the elections.

On August 10, the CEC of Belarus announced the preliminary results of the presidential elections in the republic, according to which the current president, Alexander Lukashenko, is gaining 80.23% of the vote.
