China News Service, August 12, according to the official Weibo news of the Press Office of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region People’s Government, the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region Health Committee reported on August 11 from 0:00 to 24:00, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (including Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps) Reported 9 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia, 8 new asymptomatic infections, all in Urumqi; 41 newly cured and discharged confirmed cases, and 8 asymptomatic infections released from medical observation, all in Urumqi; severely transferred 3 cases of common type.
As of 24:00 on August 11, Xinjiang (including the Corps) currently has 535 confirmed cases (14 critically ill and 23 severely ill), including 532 in Urumqi, 1 in Kashgar (an epidemic-related case in Urumqi), and Changji Prefecture 1 case (imported from Urumqi), 1 case from the Corps; there are 131 cases of asymptomatic infection, including 130 from Urumqi and 1 from Changji Prefecture (imported from Urumqi); 14569 people are still under medical observation.
From 0:00 on July 15 to 24:00 on August 11, a total of 264 confirmed cases were cured and discharged, and 89 cases of asymptomatic infection were released from medical observation.
