President Moon Jae-in appointed former Deputy Governor Jeong Man-ho of Gangwon-do as the Chief of Public Communication at the Blue House, and Chang-ryul Yoon, head of the State Affairs Office of the Office of State Affairs Coordination, as the chief social officer.

Jeong Man-ho served as a protocol secretary and a policy situation secretary at the Blue House of the Roh Moo-hyun administration.

At the beginning, the head of the State Affairs Office, Lee Jin-seok, was mentioned as the chief executive officer, but it is known that the successor to be in charge of the Office of State Affairs was not suitable, so he turned to the nominee Chang-ryul Yoon.

Kim Yeon-myeong, who is retiring, is being nominated as the next Minister of Health and Welfare.

As a result, four of the six senior staff who expressed their appreciation on the 7th were replaced.

Kim, Oe-sook, the head of personnel, has a strong presence.

The remainder of the issue is whether or not the secretary chief Roh Young-min will be replaced, and the theory that he has already received re-confidence and that he will remain temporarily until he finds a suitable successor coexists.

A chief of staff at the Blue House said, "The Moon Jae-in government's third secretary chief must prepare for the conclusion of the presidential term, and, unlike in the past, together with the large ruling party, he must also play a role in quickly achieving national performance."

It is not that easy to find the right person, but it is also a variable that the'Roh chief responsibility theory' does not disappear in both the opposition and the ruling party.

In case Roh is replaced, former Democratic Researcher Yang Jeong-cheol and Shin Hyun-soo, former head of the National Intelligence Service, will be considered as candidates for the next secretary's office.

As President Moon expressed his trust in the government's real estate policy, some analysts say the Kim Hyun-mi card is still valid.

In the end, it is expected that Roh's achievement will be different between re-confidence or replacement with the announcement of the reorganization expected at the end of this month.
