President Moon Jae-in appointed Chung Man-ho, former deputy governor of Gangwon-do, as the chief public communication officer at the Blue House, and Yoon Chang-ryul, head of the State Affairs Control Office, as the chief social officer.


Chung Man-ho, the new head of communication at the Participatory Government, has accumulated a variety of experiences, including serving as the Cheong Wa Dae medical secretary during the participatory government and until recently serving as the Deputy Governor of Economic Affairs in Gangwon Province, said the Blue House.
