Humanitarians are "priority targets". In the aftermath of the attack in Niger which claimed the lives of seven of its employees on Sunday, the co-founder of the NGO Acted, Frédéric Roussel, said that aid workers were now targets for terrorists. An observation that does not share, the president of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Mégo Terzian.
