11 August 2020The president of the Emilia-Romagna Region, Stefano Bonaccini asks, in particular young people, "responsible behavior" but also to "report when anyone sees irresponsible behavior" from the point of view of the risk of contagion.

This is the appeal launched to those who are preparing to spend the August 15th on the Romagna Riviera. "We must tell the children not to think they are immune, that they cannot be infected and infect". Therefore a "great sense of responsibility" is needed, avoiding risky situations and adopting all the safety measures provided.

"The time will come when with the vaccine we will all be calm and safe", Bonaccini says, this morning in connection with Agorà, on Raitre, "but at this moment, although things are much better, the intensive care units have emptied and there are practically no more serious hospitalizations, we have to be careful because the virus is still circulating ".

According to the regional president it is therefore necessary "to continue to behave with respect for the rules, I would not like to find myself in the condition, due to real idiots or irresponsible people, of having to close what we have reopened with so many sacrifices from citizens. Right now - the governor emphasizes - 96-97% of the economic activities in this region are open and the Romagna Riviera is full of tourists because the organization our operators have is one of the first in the world for efficiency and quality ".
