The huge explosion that devastated neighborhoods in Beirut a week ago left 171 dead and more than 6,000 injured, according to a new report from the Ministry of Health on Tuesday.
A previous report reported 160 dead. The explosion at the port of Beirut was caused by a fire in the warehouse where 2,750 tons of ammonium nitrate were stored.
