The Abu Dhabi Police General Command launched a charter for the leaders' commitment to serving customers and making them happy, in order to achieve the goals of the Abu Dhabi government and implement the strategies of Abu Dhabi Police.

The charter was signed by the Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, Major General Staff Pilot Faris Khalaf Al Mazrouei, the Director General of Abu Dhabi Police, Major General Maktoum Ali Al Sharifi, and sector directors.

Al Mazrouei affirmed the commitment of all police sectors to the provisions of the Charter, in order to achieve the best aspirations for continuous development, and urged the importance of promoting the concept and values ​​of happiness and launching stimulating initiatives, projects and positive activities, to be a goal and targeted programs within a continuous vision to advance the process of institutional work, which is reflected in the advancement of the modern police work process.

He stated that the charter comes to keep pace with government requirements, and to embody the directives of the wise leadership to provide distinguished services that exceed the visions of customers, as it includes the application of systems to measure services, with the aim of continuous improvement and development, in accordance with the approved and applicable standards in Abu Dhabi Police.

He stressed the importance of redoubling efforts, providing all requirements and providing services at the highest levels and with competitive standards that contribute to achieving customer happiness, consolidating bridges and creating integration between all police authorities.

He explained that the charter sets the standards for the commitment of police leaders to provide police services at the highest levels of international professionalism, with the aim of customer happiness, and it has been prepared in accordance with international best practices.

In turn, Al-Sharifi stressed the close commitment to standing behind the wise leadership in its tireless endeavors, to achieve happiness and well-being of customers within a positive and always happy society.

He added that happiness is no longer a personal choice exercised by the individual according to the circumstances in which he lives, but under a systematic work established by the principles of wise leadership, so we are working to achieve happiness for individuals and society, by raising the level of satisfaction with police services, to reach the goal of preserving the security and safety of the Emirate Abu Dhabi.

The charter focuses on implementing standards and requirements related to providing services, in accordance with government manuals and work guides approved by Abu Dhabi Police, and providing full support to the customer service and happiness management, in order to ensure the provision of services that exceed customer expectations and have an added value by focusing on innovation and customer visions.
