It all took place in mid-April this year in a small town in Söderhamn municipality. It was when the motorcyclist was out testing his spring-fixed motorcycle that the whole story began. He passed a woman and her dogs.

According to the driver, a dog tried to attack him when he passed. According to the woman, he drove very close and scared both her and the dogs. Crying, the woman told her partner, a man in his 25s, about the incident when she returned home.

Ax in the trunk

Sambon got angry and left with a car for the motorcyclist's home. According to the motorcyclist and witnesses, the partner was furious. Among other things, he threatened to burn down the motorcyclist's home. Sambon finally picked up an ax from the trunk, which he waved at the motorcyclist and then chopped it in the trunk of a parked car and drove away.

Denies crime

The partner himself denies any wrongdoing and that he would have brought an ax with him to the scene. There had been an exchange of words and he was angry that the motorcyclist had driven too fast and too close to the woman and her dogs.

The prosecutor is now prosecuting the cohabitant for unlawful threats and vandalism at Hudiksvall District Court. As he does not have a driver's license, he is also charged with gross illegal driving.
