Putin canceled the wearing of astrakhan hats by senior officers

“Clause 5 shall be revised as follows: gray astrakhan hat with a visor (only for senior officers (with 5% gilding sewing on the visor) and colonels of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, as well as for senior officers (with 5% gilding sewing on the visor) of the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, ”the decree says.

According to the decree, astrakhan hats for military personnel will be replaced with fur hats with a visor for colonels and fur hats with 5% gilding sewing for senior officers.
