After receiving his mission letter from Malian President Ibrahim Boubacar Kéita on Friday, Malian Prime Minister Boubou Cissé drew up a roadmap to end the crisis. In this context, he began a series of meetings with the Malian political class. On Saturday, he opened the consultations by receiving the presidential majority which amended the document, before adopting it.

The document, which takes into account the recommendations of the Economic Community of West African States to get out of the Malian crisis, goes further. He calls for a national rally for more virtuous governance. To have transparent elections, the Prime Minister proposes the creation of a single election management body. And then, he puts on the table a decision of the last inclusive national dialogue that was not on the one of the resolutions: the dialogue with the Malian jihadists.

After his meeting with the majority parties, Boubou Cissé is rather satisfied. “  The majority had to make proposals, comments that were taken care of. A new document was drawn up and validated today (Saturday) by the presidential movement . "

And to the opposition, he stretches out his hand: "  The message that I wish to send to the actors of the opposition, in particular to the movement of June 5, the M5 , is to accept this request for dialogue  "

For the moment, the opponents are rather not ready to discuss with him these proposals to end the crisis.
