He noted that people in Beirut need help and a cause for hope.
The minister added that solidarity and international readiness for support had already been demonstrated in the past days.
Earlier it became known that the Austrian federal government will allocate € 1 million to Lebanon to help eliminate the consequences of the explosion in Beirut.
