President Trump, who went to his own resort in Bedminster, New Jersey, USA, volunteered for an unexpected press conference.

It was an explanation of the additional economic stimulus bill that broke negotiations with the Democratic Party, but during the question and answer, a statement about North Korea came out.

If we succeed in re-election, we will negotiate with North Korea very quickly.

[Trump/US President: If we succeed in re-election, we will negotiate very quickly with Iran. You will also negotiate very quickly with North Korea.] I

reiterated that I would have been at war with North Korea if the other was the President.

[Trump/US President: If I had not been elected in the 2016 presidential election, the United States would have been in the middle of a war with North Korea, which is likely to be over by now.] The

important thing to note is that President Trump first mentioned the timing of negotiations with North Korea as'after the presidential election'. I did it.

Until now, the Trump administration has been open to the possibility of a U.S.-North Korea summit meeting before the presidential election, and there is also a lot of prospects that it could become a'October surprise', a large event for the presidential election.

However, on the 10th of last month, after North Korea's first vice president Kim Yeo-jeong said that holding the North American summit will be difficult within this year, the Trump administration is also retreating.

As such, there are increasing interpretations that President Trump's remarks reflect the decision that the US-US summit before the presidential election is in fact difficult.
