The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced the registration of 1,469 new cases of the emerging coronavirus, Covid 19, that were monitored in a number of cities, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the Kingdom since the emergence of the virus to 287,262 cases, and among these cases there are currently 33,692 active cases still receiving medical care for their health conditions Of which 1828 are critical cases, and the rest are reassuring cases.
The Saudi Assistant Minister of Health and the Ministry’s official spokesman, Dr. Muhammad Al-Abd Al-Aali, stated in the daily press conference that the number of new recoveries from infection reached 1492, bringing the total number of recoveries to 250,440 cases, while the number of 37 new deaths was recorded, bringing the total number of deaths to 3130 deaths.
