The head of court number 1 of Navalcarnero (Madrid) has decreed a communicated provisional prison without bail for the daughter and son-in-law of the woman found dismembered in the municipality of Chapineria (Madrid). As reported by legal sources, the daughter, Africa FC, has accepted her right not to testify, while her partner, Emilio RM, known as 'el Loko', has declared.
The judge has decreed the secrecy of the proceedings of a case that became known last Tuesday when the body of María Luisa CV was found in a place near Chapineria.
The victim's daughter has been taken to the women's module of the Alcalá prison and her partner has been admitted to the Navalcarnero prison .
Both are charged with a crime of murder , although the criminal classification could be modified as the investigations progress, the same sources have added.
