These bracelets immediately alert the police as soon as the violent partner enters a defined perimeter.
A drop in the number of feminicides since the start of 2020
"We have seen a drop in feminicides since early 2020 and a greater drop during confinement. There was then an increase at the time of deconfinement because we know that the rupture is very often an act that triggers feminicide. We remain mobilized to fight against domestic violence ", also declared Marlène Schiappa.
Last Sunday, the secretary general of the Republicans and deputy for Lot Aurélien Pradié, at the origin of the bill, denounced the government's inaction in the fight against violence against women. Marlène Schiappa explained this delay between the vote and the installation by "the time of democracy", but also by the time taken by the call for tenders.
