It was just before three o'clock on Saturday afternoon that sea rescue, rescue service and ambulance were alerted to the eastern archipelago in Karlskrona where a boat had problems.
It turned out to be one of the archipelago boats that ran aground at Öppenskär.
- It's about an archipelago boat that went due to a reason unknown to me. It must have come from the ground up itself but then realized that they lacked maneuverability completely or partially, says Kent Hoff, the rescue service east of Blekinge.
The 55 passengers on board were evacuated to another archipelago boat. No persons should be injured.
According to Affärsverken, the tours with the archipelago boat are now canceled for the time being.
