The Paris Bourse opened slightly lower on Friday (-0.25%), affected by a new bout of tension between Beijing and Washington over the Tiktok and WeChat platforms, in a context of relatively favorable global economic statistics.
The CAC 40 index lost 12.03 points to 4,873.10 points. The day before it had closed down 0.98% to 4,885.13 points, for the time being its only session of decline of the week, handicapped in particular by the results of the banking sector.
