The employment situation is gradually stabilizing, what challenges are currently facing?

Zhang Jinan, Minister of Human Resources and Social Security, said that since the beginning of this year, due to the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, employment has had a sluggish start. Through the efforts of all parties, it has gradually stabilized.
According to data from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the number of newly-increased urban jobs rose from 390,000 in February to one million in the recent month. In the first half of the year, a total of 5.64 million were added, completing 63% of the annual target. What measures have you taken to ensure employment?
Reducing burdens, stabilizing jobs, expanding employment... Faced with the impact of the epidemic, various regions and departments have continuously strengthened policy supply and issued a series of policy measures in a timely manner.
Zhang Jinan said that these policies can be summarized into five aspects: stabilizing posts, expanding channels, improving skills, promoting matching, and bottom line.
The first is to stabilize jobs, and reduce the burden on enterprises through policies such as "reduction, exemption, delay, rebate" and other policies to stabilize existing jobs. In the first half of the year, a total of 576.9 billion yuan in corporate pension, unemployment, and work-related injuries were reduced and exempted, three social insurance premiums of 43.1 billion yuan were deferred, 63.6 billion yuan was returned to unemployment insurance, and 40.5 billion yuan in various employment subsidies were issued.
