“Today, for a reason, I asked witness Shramko about whether he read the protocol of his interrogation and whether he can read and write at all, because earlier he said that Efremov was pulled out of the car after an accident from the passenger back seat, and today - from the driver’s seat. At the same time, the agency points out that during the meeting, Efremov's lawyer did not file a motion to read out Shramko's previous testimony to eliminate contradictions.
Earlier, Shramko, who is a witness to the prosecution in the case of an accident involving Efremov, spoke about the artist's actions immediately after the accident.
On June 8, in the center of Moscow, Efremov drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a van. As a result of an accident, the driver of the van died in the hospital.
Experts have established that the artist was intoxicated while driving. Then the prosecutor's office reported that drugs were also found in his blood.
A later DNA examination showed that it was Efremov who was driving his car during an accident.
