(I am) Zhan Weizhen, Director of the Common Future Project of the Pinglan Foundation, now in Lebanon, before carrying out refugee relief work in Lebanon. The day before yesterday, there was a big explosion in the Lebanese port. I am now considering whether there will be humanitarian assistance. I am on the scene to find out the situation.
[Explanation] Almost all buildings around the explosion were destroyed. The white buildings left in the distance were originally warehouses for storing wheat in the port. The original house was bombed to the extent that only the deformed steel skeleton structure was left. The ship at the dock was also torn down, and some exposed steel bars were scattered on the ground.

Let's take a look at the glass of these high-rise buildings here. Basically, the glass of these high-rise buildings is seriously damaged. This was originally an Audi car store and is now badly damaged. Let's take a look at the situation there.
[Explanation] It was learned from the people who were cleaning the road that they met during the street cleaning the day after the explosion, and they spontaneously came here to clean the streets.

After the big explosion occurred here, we organized teams from all over the country to clean up the streets, broken windows, etc. At the same time, some basic help is provided, such as providing some food, etc. You can also see that these machines on the street are participating in helping clean up. Currently, everything is in short supply. Because many windows are shattered, people lack all kinds of resources, such as food and water. Because many have been destroyed, everything is urgently needed.
[Commentary] It is understood that the Beijing Pinglan Foundation Joint Future previously carried out humanitarian relief activities for refugees in Lebanon. The foundation is currently collecting some demand information and is considering providing some material assistance.
