He said this at a briefing broadcast on the Facebook page of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

According to him, on August 5, a meeting was held in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister Aleksey Reznikov, at which the executive authorities coordinated "their positions and approaches on the strategy of de-occupation of Crimea."

“The work on this issue is not over. We have worked out a further algorithm of actions in order to bring together all the positions and materials from the executive authorities into one block, ”Kuleba said.

According to him, in the future, the document will be submitted to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

At the same time, RIA Novosti Crimea reported that in early August, "the former representative of the President of Ukraine in the ARC" said that Ukraine has no strategy of "de-occupation of Crimea", but Kiev is hiding the absence of a document.

In March, Kuleba called the issue of water supply to Crimea "an instrument of de-occupation."

Crimea became a Russian region following a March 2014 referendum in which a majority of the peninsula's residents voted for reunification with Russia.
