The press service said that Tikhanovskaya received a notification about the holiday of the railway troops in the Friendship of Peoples Park, where the meeting was planned, by email.
“We are not allowed to hold rallies at any site in Minsk, as well as in Slutsk and Soligorsk,” the message says.
The headquarters of Tikhanovskaya added that "they will not provoke people."
Earlier, the head of the electoral headquarters of Tikhanovskaya Maria Moroz said that she was taken to the department for combating organized crime and extremism of the Belarusian Interior Ministry "for a conversation." Moroz said that she was warned of responsibility in the event of a riot.
