The head of the Ministry of Natural Resources Dmitry Kobylkin and the head of Rosprirodnadzor Svetlana Radionova became the deputy chairmen of the commission.
In July, Baikal got fuel from a ship banked due to a storm.
The consequences of the spill are liquidated using absorbents that decompose oil products, which do not require additional disposal.
