A Romanian painter paints the body of a cat that has been ``roadkilled'' and leaves it unattended.

Foreign media, including Romanian media'Digi 24', reported on a cat found on a road in the Kalopa region on the 1st of local time.

Elena, a local resident, recently witnessed a shocking scene as she walked near a new road that had painted lanes. Some of the lane was passing over the dead cat's body.

Elena stopped the car and hurriedly moved the cat's carcass to a grassy nearby roadside before putting on makeup. Then, the city authorities were informed of this and the responsibility of the lane worker was blamed. "I can't believe that neither the worker nor the driver thought to move the cat on the road," he said. "It is so difficult to act humanly."

According to the media, the painter in charge of the job after the protest news was reportedly said, "(It's not my job to remove the bond)."

However, both Mayor Kalopa and road officials said, "Paint Gong was responsible for the incident. He had to deal with the cat." In addition, while investigating the incident, he said, "I am not responding to the situation properly and I will instruct the painter to fix it again."
