It is noted that Samoilov was in a state of insanity.
On February 5, 2019, at the temple of Elijah the Prophet, a verbal skirmish took place between the security officer and Samoilov. The police brought both parties to the conflict to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for investigation.
As follows from the materials of the case, Samoilov threatened to explode in the temple. During a personal search, a military dagger, a pneumatic plastic pistol for shooting ball bullets were seized from him, and under his coat was a dummy "suicide belt".
