This is stated in a message on the Kremlin's website.

Oseevsky said that in the context of a pandemic, a number of large and significant projects were implemented through the portal of public services, including the registration of social benefits for families with children.

At the same time, he said that "the level of both architecture and portal performance no longer correspond to the scale of the tasks that need to be solved."

“Therefore, on behalf of the government, we have already begun to create a new version, a new version of the portal of public services,” said Oseevsky.

The head of Rostelecom added that the main work is planned to be completed at the end of 2020. According to him, the task is to ensure that the portal of state services can provide at least 100 million services per day.

Earlier, RT reported that the Ministry of Economic Development named the most popular public services among Russians in May and early June.
