RIA Novosti reports this with reference to the press service of the head of state.

“Deputy Prime Minister Bekhzod Musayev was instructed to study the possibilities of purchasing vaccines and vaccinating the population of our country within a week, in consultation with leading scientists and experienced doctors,” the statement reads.

It is noted that the relevant instructions are associated with the active development of a vaccine in a number of countries, in particular, in China, India, Russia and the UK.

Earlier, the director of the WHO's health emergencies program, Michael Ryan, said that people "will not begin to receive the vaccine until the first half of next year."

Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Alexei Agranovsky, in an interview with FAN, commented on the development of a vaccine against COVID-19 by Russian scientists.
