The man must have committed the accounting offenses between the years 2017 and 2019 and during the latter year the company was declared bankrupt.
The Economic Crimes Authority believes that the accounting in one of the festival companies, which the man represents, has repeatedly broken down and been negligent.
In June this year, all companies in Peace & Love were filed for bankruptcy.
