The director of social development centers, Saeed Al-Khateri, told «Emirates Today» that the continuous training courses organized by the ministry are not only aimed at developing talents and entertainment, but also at the same time working on refining thinking skills and personal qualities, adding that the courses were popular with all age groups, including Three generations at the same time, and allowed the participation of all family members by training and benefiting from educational programs and skills.
He affirmed the Ministry's keenness to reach all societal segments and communicate with all age groups each according to their needs, noting the importance of holding workshops for their role in occupying the free time of children and adolescents through training and providing them with useful skills, and motivating them to practice meaningful activities that keep them away from wasting time in electronic games and programs Smartphones, or preoccupied with surface topics broadcast on social media.
