“I am outraged that Russia was immediately placed in the green zone without any conditions. Let me remind you that Ukraine, which since the beginning of summer has provided Montenegro with the largest number of tourists, having 13-14 flights a week, is in limited rights, ”he wrote on his Facebook.

He acknowledged that the opening of the borders of Montenegro for the Russians was "a matter of time and economic feasibility."

At the same time, according to him, Ukraine is thus in discriminatory conditions.

“Money does not smell - this is an ancient axiom, but questions are also about elementary respect,” concluded Shmatov.

On August 4, the National Coordinating Council under the Government of Montenegro decided to include Russia in the green list, which suggests the possibility of entering the country without additional conditions.
