“We, for example, allow a flight for citizens who have relatives in another country. Montenegro has officially opened for these people, ”the expert explained.

According to Kantorovich, several more countries may decide to open borders for Russians in the near future.

“Those countries that are not in the EU and the Schengen area will strive to open their borders as soon as possible,” he added.
