The Ministry issued a circular to all health facilities, and health-care practitioners in the private sector to withdraw 5 runs of the medical product "Ventolin Nebules- 2.5mg / 2.5ml" of the manufacturer Aspen Bad Oldesloe GmbH in DE, used to treat asthma, and attributed the reason for the withdrawal to find PTFE molecules in one batch of the raw material used in manufacturing, which was used by the manufacturer to manufacture batches of Sulphate Salbutamol solution products for inhalation and syrup.

The Ministry stated that the World Health Organization informed it that the aforementioned operations entered the country, and that the product is registered with the Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health and Drug Protection.

The Ministry recommended that the manufacturer manufacturing the specified operations be withdrawn from the public and private health sectors, and not importing them, and all health care practitioners requested that they not circulate them if any, and also called on all pharmacies to stop disbursing these operations and return them to the supplier.
