by Marzio Quaglino 03 August 2020 The purchasing managers' index has gone better and better forecasts everywhere in Europe, including Italy, has given a boost to the price lists, which however are very volatile. Milan is now positive (+ 0.53%) and is better than London (+ 0.47%) and worse than Paris (+ 0.99%). But the best is Frankfurt which rises 1.96%.    
In Piazza Affari, the financials are protagonists for better or for worse with Finecobank (+ 3.05%) and Mediobanca instead (-4.54%).
The price of gold still remains high at $ 1969 an ounce, just below the new record at 1,988.
On the currency, the weakness of the Dollar is confirmed, but it does recover some position on the Euro. The change is indicated at 1.1727.
