This year's No. 4 typhoon "Haguebee" (tropical storm level) was generated on the evening of August 1. It was located on the ocean about 620 kilometers southeast of Cangnan County, Zhejiang Province at 15:00 on the 2nd. It is expected to gradually move towards the coast of Zhejiang Province. Closer, the intensity gradually strengthened, and it will land on the coast from central Zhejiang to northern Fujian on the night of the 3rd. Affected by "Hagupit", it is expected that from the morning to daytime on August 3, huge waves of 4 to 6 meters will appear in the southern part of the East China Sea, the waters near the Diaoyu Islands, and the ocean east of Taiwan, and the Taiwan Strait will appear 2.5 meters. A large wave of 4 meters will reach a huge wave area; a large wave of 3 meters to 4.4 meters will appear in the coastal waters of Zhejiang, and a large wave of 2.5 meters to 3.5 meters will appear in the coastal waters of northern Fujian.
