Chinanews, August 2 According to the official WeChat news of the Shandong Provincial Health Commission, between 0:00 and 24:00 on August 1, there were no local hospitalized suspected or confirmed cases in Shandong. A total of 763 confirmed cases have been reported, 7 deaths, and 756 cured and discharged.
There were no new suspected imported cases in Shandong, and Qingdao City reported 3 confirmed cases imported from the Philippines (all of which were returned from asymptomatic infections). A total of 39 confirmed imported cases overseas have been reported, and a total of 30 cases have been cured and discharged.
There are no new asymptomatic infections in Shandong. 14 cases of asymptomatic infections (all imported from abroad) are being isolated for observation and treatment.
A total of 23,403 close contacts have been traced, and 444 are still under medical isolation and observation.
