“For Swiss citizens, restrictions on entry to Russia imposed due to the coronavirus are lifted. The order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, ”reads a statement on the government’s website.
Swiss citizens will be able to travel to Russia by air.
Air traffic between Russia and Switzerland is planned to be restored from August 15.
Flights will be operated once a week on the route Moscow - Geneva - Moscow.
Earlier, the Swiss Embassy in Moscow said that "the passage of a ten-day quarantine at the place of residence is mandatory" for Russians arriving in the country.
