Local Police officers, attached to the Governance and Major Holidays Area, have arrested a 44-year -old woman as the alleged author of stabbing her ex-partner several times on Calle Evangelista, in the Seville capital, and in breach of an order 300 meters away.

According to Seville Emergency Report on his Facebook, consulted by Europa Press, it was about 7:00 p.m. last Sunday when a notice to 092, the emergency telephone number of the Local Police in Seville, alerted to a stabbing that had occurred at the confluence from Evangelista and Febo streets, in the Triana neighborhood.

Immediately several local Police crews appeared at the scene, to whom the neighbors warned that both the aggressor and the attacked would have left the place.

A few meters away, the agents located the attacked man, a 59-year-old man, sitting on the ground with a bloody arm and asking for help since he had been stabbed in the chest and arm. Next to him, a woman, later detained.

The agents managed to separate them after which the man vanished, being treated at the scene by a team of 061 Health Emergencies, who would later transfer him to a hospital center.

Likewise, several eyewitnesses indicated to the agents the place where the attacker had hidden the knife with which moments before she had attacked the wounded man.

It seems that both, who were previously a couple, began to argue on the street, brandishing a "large" knife with which she attacked her ex-partner, who caused different injuries when trying to defend himself.

The circumstance occurs that the aggressor has a restraining order from her former partner in force with a prohibition to approach less than 300 meters, arising from a procedure that is followed in a Court of Seville.

Once detained, the woman was transferred to police stations to be brought to justice.

"The rapid action of the agents has prevented the aggressions from reaching more," said the delegate of the City Council's Interior, Juan Carlos Cabrera.

Cabrera has "congratulated the intervening agents and thanks the citizen collaboration of the neighbors who provided very valid information for the actors, which allowed them to clarify this aggression and the breach of the protection order."
