1. Passports and travel documents

  (1) If there is no urgent need, please come to apply for a passport and travel permit after the epidemic. The expiration of Chinese passports and travel permits during the suspension period will not affect normal renewal in the future.

  (2) Applicants who have successfully made an appointment on the appointment website, please save the printed application form, and come to apply before the date when the office is resumed.   (3) There is indeed an urgent need to apply for a permit, which belongs to the following situations. Please explain and send supporting materials (passport or travel permit homepage, various notifications, work permits or permits, and air tickets, etc.) as attachments to VISASECTION1595@GMAIL .COM. The consulate general will reply the applicant's application time and the required documents as appropriate.

  1. Graduating from high school with a university admission notice, apply for a university visa;

  2. University graduates need to apply for a work visa;

  3. The study or work permit is about to expire (usually the validity period is less than 3 months), and you need to apply for renewal;

  4. The passport of the temporary visitor to Canada is lost;

  5. The passport is valid for less than 6 months, but you must go to a third country to study or work in the near future;

  6. The passport has expired or is about to expire (you cannot purchase a return ticket), but you need to return to your country due to emergency humanitarian reasons;

  7. The passport is valid for less than 6 months, which affects the itinerary of returning home via a third country;

  8. Newborns born in Canada will return to the country with their parents in the near future (you need to send an email with the home page of both parents’ passports, Canadian visa, and ticket reservation as attachments);
