  According to the analysis of the source of cases, a total of 85 infected cases are directly or indirectly related to Dalian Kaiyang Seafood Company; and among the 15 imported cases mentioned above, they are all employees of Kaiyang Company or related cases.

  Meng Jun, deputy director of the Dalian Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said that the epidemic has constituted an outbreak in Kaiyang, and has constituted a cluster of epidemics in families, places of residence, co-diners, and co-riders. In view of the severe local epidemic prevention and control situation, Dalian officials announced the implementation of free nucleic acid testing for all citizens on July 26.
